AI Builder Stream collects only minimal personal data necessary for research collaboration and communication, such as name, email address, and affiliation.

Personal data is:

• used solely for internal research collaboration purposes,
• not shared with third parties,
• not sold or used for marketing purposes.

Data is stored using commonly accepted security practices and retained only for as long as necessary.

Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the project lead.

Data protection responsibilities are handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
